1. Are the lithographs signed and numbered?
Yes, they are signed on the lower right-hand corner, and numbered on the lower left-hand corner. The zoom function allows you to check online.
2. Where will my order be shipped from?
Lithographs and other items are shipped from NY State, USA.
3. What are the available payment methods?
At this time, you are able to pay for your order using PayPal or your credit card via the PayPal platform. Please note that you do not necessarily need a PayPal account to do so. As a guest, PayPal will recommend you to create an account but you can check out by clicking on "No, thanks".
Customers will soon also be able to pay for their order via our own secure banking platform, using their credit card or American Express.
4. International orders and customs
International orders may be subject to customs duty and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is the importer and must comply with all rules and regulations of the destination country. Any additional charges for customs that might occur must be paid by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs’ policies vary widely from country to country. Please note that when customs’ clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays, which are beyond our control. Should your order require clearance, you will be notified by customs directly.
5. Do I have to pay customs’ clearance fees?
Yes, all customs clearance fees will be charged to the customer.
6. When do you ship orders?
We will process your shipping within 48 hours (two business days). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email providing you with your package’s tracking number(s). We do not ship on weekends.
7. What is the return and exchange policy?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be made within 10 (ten) days of receiving the goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange or return an item. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. We will process the refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. When returning an item, we recommend you use a registered shipping service, such as Fedex or UPS.
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
Though it does not happen often, your item may arrive damaged. If this is the case, please email email@example.com with more information and, if possible, detailed pictures of the damage. We will get back to you with the appropriate solution.
